1. Introduction

Your Responsibilities

• Submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested for KYC verification. Accepted documents include national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.

48bd employs strict anti-fraud and KYC protocols in line with international safe-platform standards. All submitted documents are stored securely and used solely for account verification purposes. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

48bd supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved channels.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion applies to one account per household or IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire unused are forfeited.
• 48bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects fraudulent use or bonus abuse.

48bd expressly prohibits strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms, including but not limited to: placing opposite bets across two accounts, hedging bonus bets with low-risk outcomes, or systematic pattern betting intended to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 48bd are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as game-specific rules applicable to each product. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

Sports Betting

• All cricket bets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches are settled according to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a match abandonment or void, all related bets will be refunded or voided in accordance with our standard settlement policy.
• 48bd reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or amend odds if it suspects integrity issues, data errors, or system malfunctions.

Casino & Crash Games

• Live casino game outcomes are determined by human dealers operating in real time. Slots and crash games use certified RNG software. Results are final once confirmed by the game engine.
• Technical malfunctions (including connection loss during an active game round) may result in the round being voided. Winnings from a technically disrupted round are not guaranteed.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
